In South Africa, training is of an exceptionally high standard and chiropractic practitioners, graduate after six years of training and education with a Masters Degree in Chiropractic.

CASA aims to promote, encourage and maintain high standards of education, training, conduct and practice within the profession in South Africa. CASA represents in excess of 90% of all registered chiropractic practitioners in the country.
